1) 盆菜請即日食用，不可隔夜存放。Please consume the Poon Choi on the day picked up. Do not refrigerate or store overnight.

2) 如非即時食用必須存放於攝氏4度以下的冷藏櫃內。 Please keep it in the fridge (below 4 °C) if you are not consuming it immediately.

3) 請在食用前，將整個盆菜以明火或電磁爐慢火加熱至完全煮沸。Reheat the Poon Choi with a burner or induction cooker until it is thoroughly heated before enjoying.
